Sampling
Refine, test, and perfect your product before full production. At Silent Source, we know that getting your product just right is essential before launching. That’s why we offer a structured sampling process designed to give you complete confidence in your final formula, finish, and packaging — before moving into full production.
Step-by-Step Sampling Process
1. Discovery & Briefing
We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your product vision — from texture, scent, colour, and performance to desired ingredients, packaging, and target audience.

Our labs and manufacturers develop samples based on your product brief. You can choose from:

You receive your first round of physical samples for review. This includes the product in plain or semi-branded packaging for assessment.
4. Feedback & Adjustments
You’ll have time to test, compare, and give feedback. We then work with the lab to make the required adjustments (texture, scent, strength, colour, etc.)
5. Final Round of Samples
A second (or third, if needed) sample is created based on revisions — to finalise your formula and packaging before production.
6. Sample Sign-Off
Once you approve the final version, we proceed to full production, legal compliance, and packaging printing.
